Comprehensive Inspection, Testing, and Quality Management
We are equipped with precision measuring instruments, including coordinate measuring machines and vision measuring systems, as well as material testing equipment such as a Curelastometer and an Instron universal testing machine. These facilities enable us to maintain and ensure product quality through rigorous inspection and testing.

Fiber Flow Analysis
Components produced by cold forging are periodically subjected to fiber flow analysis to verify the flow of the metal structure, ensuring consistent product quality.
Salt Spray Testing
Plated components undergo salt spray testing by our plating contractor to verify quality. We also conduct our own salt spray testing to ensure the quality of the plating.

Industry-Leading Deep-Hole Processing Technology
When the company was founded, holes were machined using drills; however, as demand increased rapidly, we transitioned to the more efficient cold forging process for hole forming.
In general, the maximum hole depth achievable by cold forging is considered to be approximately five times the hole diameter, but we have achieved deep-hole processing exceeding 25 times the hole diameter, a level regarded as among the best in the industry.
In recognition of this outstanding technology, the company has been certified by Hyogo Prefecture as a “Hyogo Only One Company,” a designation awarded to small and medium-sized enterprises with outstanding technologies and market share both at home and abroad.
Forging Tool Design Using 3D CAD
In line with our management policy of positioning metal plastic forming (cold forging) as the core of our business, we have introduced 3D CAD and forging simulation systems and are working to develop our in-house capabilities for designing cold forging dies. We aim to build up our technical expertise in-house while accelerating the pace of development.
Forging Simulation System
The shape at each forming stage is verified using a forging simulation system. By identifying potential issues at the design stage, such as localized stress concentration and the balance of deformation between processing stages, we help prevent problems before they occur, extend tool life, and accelerate the pace at which products can be realized.
