Tajima TSK Co.,Ltd. was established in 1973 and is headquartered in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture. Our core business is the manufacture and sale of metal, rubber, and plastic components for control cables used in automobiles and industrial vehicles. Our integrated production system, incorporating three in-house manufacturing divisions, is one of our key strengths. In particular, our proprietary small-diameter deep-hole machining technology is recognized as being among the best in the industry, enabling us to provide the market with higher-quality products at lower cost.

MESSAGE

Since our establishment in 1973, we have been manufacturing control cable components for automobiles, motorcycles, and other applications, steadily building our expertise through years of practical experience and proven performance.
Today, we manufacture and supply approximately 4,200 product types and 175 million units annually, ranging from individual metal, plastic, and rubber components to composite products (which incorporate molding, assembly, and welding processes).

Particularly in the field of metal components, we have remained committed to manufacturing centered on plastic forming and have continuously worked to further enhance our processing technologies.
Going forward, we will continue to build on the technologies we have cultivated in plastic forming and the manufacture of composite products combining plastic and rubber, while actively expanding into other fields and multifunctional components to meet our customers' expectations.

HISTORY

August 1973
Established with capital of ¥14 million through a merger of HI-LEX Corporation and Nanayo Seiki Co., Ltd.
January 1974
Purchased land and a factory building in Kamimura, Izushi Town, and began production of metal components.
May 1975
Introduced rubber production equipment and began production of rubber components.
February 1978
Introduced a four-station former and began plastic forming of metal components.
May 1985
Expanded in the Kirino district with a dedicated former plant.
November 1988
Established PT.HI-LEX Parts Indonesia on the outskirts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
March 1989
Launched TPM activities.
December 1998
Relocated the head office to the Kirino district.

Obtained ISO 9001 and JIS Q 9001 certification.
