FACTORY
Each specialized production department works in close coordination with the others to manufacture high-precision products and deliver them to our customers.
Production Engineering Department
Tajima TSK has an in-house production engineering department that designs and builds its own automation equipment. This enables us to integrate the entire production process—from component assembly and inspection to weighing—within a single system, establishing a highly efficient, high-quality production framework.
Cold Forging Department
We pursue efficient manufacturing technologies that eliminate the need for additional machining. We have established a cold forging production process in which material is progressively formed under pressure using multiple opposing dies.
Machining Department
Blanks produced by the forging department are machined using state-of-the-art equipment, including NC machine tools, milling machines, thread rolling machines, and benders. Cutting oil is also recovered and reused to make effective use of limited resources.
Press Department
Blanks produced by the forging department are formed into the required shapes using presses ranging from 30 to 200 tons, enabling us to supply high-quality, low-cost components.
Welding Department
Using blanks produced by the forging department, we manufacture high-precision products primarily through fully automated upset welding, as well as gas welding and electric welding.
Rubber Department
Using mixing mills for rubber compounding and vertical injection molding machines, horizontal injection molding machines, and compression molding presses, we manufacture 8 million rubber components per month.
Plastics Department
Using engineering plastics such as POM, PBT, and PA, together with vertical and horizontal molding machines ranging from 40 to 350 tons, we manufacture 4 million plastic components per month.
Shipping Department
Components produced by each department and approved by the quality inspection team are stored in an automated warehouse and equipped with computerized inventory control. We ship 20 million components spanning approximately 1,500 product types each month according to customer requirements.
